USTA Junior Team Tennis is the largest youth tennis program in the country, helping boys and girls ages 5 to 18 get in the game, get on court, and have a great time.

All levels of play are available from beginner through advanced.  The emphasis is on developing skills through play, fun, teamwork and friendly competition plus the possibility of advancing to state, section, and national championships.

Recreational and Competitive Play is available. The QuickStart (36' court, foam balls, smaller rackets) format is used to get beginners playing on the first day on court.

Recreational Division Levels:

• Ages 5 - 7 years - Quick Start
• Ages 8 - 10 years - 60' Short Court
• Ages 11 - 18 years - Beginner - Short Court

Competitive Division Levels:

• 14 & Under Intermediate, 3.0 NTRP* and below
• 14 & Under Advanced, 3.5 NTRP and above
• 18 & Under Intermediate, 3.0 NTRP and below
• 18 & Under Advanced, 3.5 NTRP and above 

Players with 500 or more USTA New England tournament points at the end of the previous calendar year can only play in the advanced division.

Winning teams in each division are eligible to play in State, Section, and National Championships starting in August 2008. Teams must have a minimum of 3 boys and 3 girls that have played in 3 local team tennis matches recorded on TennisLink to qualify for championship play. 14 & Under: Player can't turn 15 before Aug. 31, 2008

How Can I Sign Up and Play?

Registration Forms are available on line under the "Summer Reg Form" page on this website. Please complete forms and mail with check to Granite State Kids CTA, P.O. Box 10038, Bedford, NH 03110. For the tentative practice schedule, please see the "Summer Practice Schedule" page on this website.

Registration Begins April 1, 2008.

Cost:$125 per player or $300/family  includes t-shirt, weekly practice/match play, awards, tennis carnival or State tournament play

Season Dates: June 23 - August 8

NH State Tournament: August 7

Springfield, MA - Sectionals: August 19 & 20
